Data Deletion
Request.

1. Why This Page Exists Is Simple

Every DJ&A Digital Studio app is built offline-first: your shifts, pay, hours, and settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not operate a server database of your personal app data, so in most cases there is nothing on our end to delete — deleting your data is something you can already do yourself, instantly, on your device.

2. Delete Your Data Yourself

ShiftEarn Pro In the app: Profile → clear individual data types, or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data immediately.

SplitShift Hours In the app: Settings → clear shifts/jobs, or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data immediately.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes its locally stored data from your device. This cannot be undone, so export any PDF timesheets you want to keep first.

3. Data Held by Third Parties

Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat, Apple, and Google, who may retain purchase and entitlement records independent of the app. To request deletion of that data:

Apple — manage or delete your Apple ID data at privacy.apple.com
Google — manage or delete your Google account data at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
RevenueCat's data practices are described at revenuecat.com/privacy

4. Request Deletion From Us Directly

If you've contacted our support team, we may hold a copy of that correspondence (your email address and message). To request that we delete it, email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

Include: the app name, platform (iOS/Android), and the email address you contacted us from.

We aim to confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
