This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DJ&A Digital Studio Limited ("DJ&A Digital Studio", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of any mobile application we publish (each, an "App"). It is incorporated by reference into, and supplements, each App's own Terms of Use. Where this EULA and an App's Terms of Use conflict, the App's Terms of Use govern for matters specific to that App.
If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, this EULA supplements — and does not replace — Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you downloaded an App from Google Play, this EULA supplements the Google Play Terms of Service.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the applicable App's Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any device you own or control, in accordance with the applicable App Store's usage rules.

The App is licensed, not sold. DJ&A Digital Studio Limited and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or trade dress.
Some Apps may collect and use technical data as described in the App's Privacy Policy. By using an App, you consent to this collection and use as described there.
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term, or if you delete the App from all your devices. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. DJ&A Digital Studio Limited's total liability arising from this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. (and, for Android, Google LLC) is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
This EULA is governed by the laws of New Zealand. DJ&A Digital Studio Limited is a company incorporated in New Zealand.
