All subscriptions and in-app purchases for DJ&A Digital Studio Limited apps (including ShiftEarn Pro and SplitShift Hours) are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. We never receive or store your card details. Because of this, refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by DJ&A Digital Studio Limited.
To request a refund for a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play, use the official request tools below. Have your order or transaction ID ready — it's included in your purchase confirmation email or receipt.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends, provided you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period — see your platform's refund process above for that.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us and we will help investigate alongside Apple or Google:
Include the app name, platform (iOS/Android), and your order or transaction ID. We aim to respond within one business day.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent legislation in your country.
