These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the djadigitalstudio.com website ("the Site"), operated by DJ&A Digital Studio Limited ("DJ&A Digital Studio", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in New Zealand.
Each of our mobile apps has its own dedicated Terms of Use, which govern your use of that app and take precedence over this page for anything specific to it. See the links below.
As new apps launch, their Terms of Use will be added to this list.
You may browse the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited content.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of DJ&A Digital Studio Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases for our apps are billed and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by DJ&A Digital Studio Limited. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. See our Refund Policy for how refund requests are handled.
The Site and our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site or any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DJ&A Digital Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our apps.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. DJ&A Digital Studio Limited is a company incorporated in New Zealand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
