1. Overview

SplitShift Hours is developed and operated by DJ&A Digital Studio Limited ("DJ&A Digital Studio", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the SplitShift Hours mobile application ("the App").

We take your privacy seriously. SplitShift Hours is designed to work with your data stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal shift or pay data.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

SplitShift Hours does not collect, transmit, or store the following on our servers:

• Your shift times, hours worked, or pay calculations
• Your hourly rate, salary, or income information
• Your employer, department, or employee ID
• Your name or contact information (unless you contact us directly)
• Your location data
• Your shift templates or saved job details

All shift, job, and pay data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. Data Collected by Third Parties

SplitShift Hours uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat may collect:

• Your Apple ID or Google account identifier (anonymised)
• Purchase transaction identifiers
• Subscription status and entitlement information
• Device type and operating system version

This data is used solely to verify and manage your subscription. RevenueCat's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy, available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple and Google may also collect data in connection with App Store and Google Play purchases in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

4. Push Notifications

SplitShift Hours may request permission to send you push notifications as shift reminders. If you grant this permission, your device token is used only to deliver notifications to your device. We do not use notification tokens to identify you or link them to any personal data. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

5. PDF Exports

When you export a PDF timesheet, the document is generated locally on your device. The App uses your device's native share sheet to save or send the PDF. We do not receive, store, or process the content of your exported timesheets.

6. Communications

If you contact us at support@djadigitalstudio.com, we will use the information you provide (such as your name and email address) solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your contact details with third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

SplitShift Hours is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Data Security

Because your shift and pay data is stored locally on your device, its security is governed by your device's own security settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a secure lock screen passcode.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
